DO YOU ALSO ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for our on-demand products. Each item is specially made to order, tailored exclusively to your preferences and requirements. This customization ensures that you receive a unique product that meets your exact specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, it becomes challenging for us to resell or reuse any returned products. We understand that returns are common in many industries, but our commitment to delivering exceptional quality and unique, custom-made products necessitates this policy. IS PRIMROSE AVAILABLE IN ALL COUNTRIES?

We strive to provide worldwide shipping for our customers; however, there are certain countries where we are unable to ship due to legal restrictions or limitations imposed by our shipping carriers. The list of restricted countries may vary depending on world events, but at present, we are unable to ship to the following destinations: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.

Additionally, we want to inform you that Russia's conflict in Ukraine severely restricts shipping to Ukraine. Currently, we can only ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities to Ukraine.

Moreover, it's important to note that the Covid-19 pandemic and unrelated service disruptions have impacted international shipping. As of the last update on Oct 26, 2022, our shipping carriers do not offer international shipping to the following countries: Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.

Please keep in mind that the list of countries where our shipping carriers do not offer international shipping may change, so we recommend checking for updates regularly.
